Standard Terms and Conditions

· Quotes are subject to reprice after 15 days unless otherwise noted.
· Quoted prices may change due to material availability.
· Quoted delivery days are subject to material availability and may change at any time without notice.
· Pricing is based on the entire quotation. Any changes to quotations may require a recalculation of the price.
· The quoted pricing quantity for random length items is estimated. The final pricing quantity will be shown on the packing list and invoice.
· Orders for stock material may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
· Orders that require processing (i.e. cutting or any finishing) may be canceled prior to the processing being commenced. 
· Any order that has commenced shipping or processing may not be canceled for any reason. Refer to our return policy below.
· All sales of processed items, including any off-cuts or remnants, are final.
· Returns of stock items may be accepted within 30 days of the sale depending on the specific item. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
    – The item(s) must be free of any damage or processing by the customer.
    – The item(s) must have been stored inside to protect it from the weather.
    – The item(s) must be traceable to the material delivered in the original state.
    – The final credit will not be issued until inspection of the returned materials.
· A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns.
