Main Duties/Responsibilities: Perform daily deliveries of various metal products to Pennsylvania Steel Company’s customers as well as material pickups from vendors.  Safely secure material on truck and protect material from elements.  Perform warehouse functions related to work order fulfillment and inventory as needed.  Perform various physical tasks related to work order fulfillment involving order pulling, material handling and packaging.  Handling various types of metals by hand or via material handling equipment.  Maintain a clean and safety workspace and vehicle, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.  Other assignments as directed.

Skills required & Physical demands: Proficient in Windows based software.  Working knowledge of decimals and fractions.  Proficient in measuring via tape measure and micrometers.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to work safely in an environment with machinery, overhead cranes, and moving equipment.  Ability to work a full shift on your feet with little stationary time.  Agility necessary to climb stairs, ladders, and access fork lifts and truck beds.  Medium/heavy manual work involving handling over 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally.  Tolerance of temperature extremes encountered both inside and outside an open warehouse environment.
